Hey Guys --
I am writing this note to let you know that our site, The Perfect Level, is closing down. It has been great experience being able to serve the site's loyal customers for so long. To be honest, The Perfect Level exploded more rapidly than I could ever have expected. Initially, I thought I'd be able to cover the cost of the hosting bill and then maybe a few extra bucks after that. I couldn't have been more wrong though. The site was able to pay for the hosting bills, servers, and then some within the first two weeks of its opening. It really has been amazing.
As things continue though, I will no longer be able to operate the site. School, my other job, and social obligations are beginning to consume all of my free time and the site's performance and customer service has suffered as a result. I am sure as most customers know, it has been taking me almost an entire day to respond to emails, send out login information, and process transactions. Service like this is just unacceptable.
For everyone who has used our service, whether to buy or sell, we appreciate your trust, loyalty, and enthusiasm about our products. Without you guys, the site would have diminished quickly.
As of right now, the site will remain non-operational. We may decide to re-open if we find time to run things properly. The last thing I would want to do is promise a service to our customers without following through to the best of our ability.
